Our in-house architectural team draws every home for the plot, the orientation and the light. Bespoke layouts, not catalogue houseplans.
If you own a plot in Moray, the Highlands or Speyside, we will design and build your house from first sketch to final handover. The same family, from drawings to keys.

Every plot is reservable with a personalisation appointment included. Layouts, finishes, kitchen, flooring and bathrooms are all open for discussion before a brick is laid.
